OVUVIVE PLUS is a food supplement containing a blend of vitamins, minerals, and other nutrients, including myo-inositol and D-chiro-inositol. It is formulated to complement the normal diet.

Recommended Use
HOW TO TAKE OVUVIVE PLUS - Your daily routine, your way.
1. POUR:
Start with your fluid—water, milk, or another drink of your choice. Some OVUVIVE PLUS users even enjoy mixing it with orange juice!
2. MIX:
Pour the contents of the sachet into your drink and stir well. Let it stand for a little while, then give it another good stir.
* A little powder remaining on the surface is completely normal. Not all of the ingredients dissolve fully in water—just make sure you stir well and drink the entire mixture.
3. MAKE IT FIT YOUR DAY
Option 1 — Once daily
Take your full daily sachet at a time that works for you—morning or any other time of day.
Option 2 — Split your dose
Prefer to spread it out? You can take ½ sachet in the morning and ½ sachet at night, depending on the advice of your healthcare provider.

Extremely bad gastro symptoms from taking it.
This product is amazing !! - I don’t have PCOS & use this to feel younger and pain free after exercise. It’s a life saver for anyone over 50 & all my gym pals use it too. I’ve been taking this supplement for about 6 months now to help manage acne related to PCOS, and I’ve genuinely noticed a difference.
My skin used to flare up quite a bit around my period, but those breakouts have definitely settled and feel much more manageable now. It hasn’t been an overnight fix, but over time my skin has become calmer and less reactive.

I started taking this in April 2025 because it contained all the nutrients that I was already taking in tablet form, and far more besides. One sachet a day was far easier and cheaper than 8 tablets. It has transformed my health drastically! Specifically joint inflammation issues that have now virtually gone. My energy levels are much higher and overall health very good. Many people noticed that I looked less tired and that my skin tone was excellent. I also lost weight too due to my higher energy and high functioning metabolism. I cannot say enough about this supplement that I nicknamed “the elixir of life”! The new lemon lime taste is lovely too. Interestingly I came off it for a month in January 2026 waiting for the re-branded product (and flavour) and my health suffered. Energy plummeted and joint inflammation returned. The powder doesn't dissolve with the water so is very unpleasant and also concerning that you are not getting the nutrients.

We appreciate your feedback here. Ovuvive Plus contains several nutrients — some water-soluble and others oil-soluble — which can occasionally influence how easily the powder dissolves. For best results, we recommend adding the powder first, then water (or milk), mixing thoroughly, allowing it to stand for a minute or two, and mixing again before drinking to ensure everything is well incorporated.
