OVUVIVE PLUS is a food supplement containing a blend of vitamins, minerals, and other nutrients, including myo-inositol and D-chiro-inositol. It is formulated to complement the normal diet.

I started taking this in April 2025 because it contained all the nutrients that I was already taking in tablet form, and far more besides. One sachet a day was far easier and cheaper than 8 tablets. It has transformed my health drastically! Specifically joint inflammation issues that have now virtually gone. My energy levels are much higher and overall health very good. Many people noticed that I looked less tired and that my skin tone was excellent. I also lost weight too due to my higher energy and high functioning metabolism. I cannot say enough about this supplement that I nicknamed “the elixir of life”! The new lemon lime taste is lovely too. Interestingly I came off it for a month in January 2026 waiting for the re-branded product (and flavour) and my health suffered. Energy plummeted and joint inflammation returned. The powder doesn't dissolve with the water so is very unpleasant and also concerning that you are not getting the nutrients.

We appreciate your feedback here. Ovuvive Plus contains several nutrients — some water-soluble and others oil-soluble — which can occasionally influence how easily the powder dissolves. For best results, we recommend adding the powder first, then water (or milk), mixing thoroughly, allowing it to stand for a minute or two, and mixing again before drinking to ensure everything is well incorporated.
