Cancelling Your Order and Returns

  
You can cancel your order by notifying us in writing at info@mitrone.ie within 14 days of receiving the delivery. Please include your order reference number and the reason for cancellation in your communication.  

Orders cannot be canceled if the product container has been opened or if the product has been used. This does not affect your statutory rights.  

If you decide to cancel your order after it has been dispatched, you are responsible for returning the product to us. The cost of returning the item will be your responsibility, and the product must be returned in a reasonable condition.  

This policy does not affect your statutory rights. Please note that it only applies to items purchased through our website. For products bought from other sources, please refer to the returns policy of the respective seller.
