Kitazato SepaSperm® Solution

A 100% stock solution used for separation of motile sperm from non-germ cells, immotile spermatozoa and seminal fluid using a density gradient method. SepaSperm® gradient medium used for single layer sperm separation or as the lower layer of a customised gradient developed by the end user based on the semen quality.
