Gynko® Single Use Disposable Sterile Sheath

Gynko® is a single use Single Use Disposable sterile polyurethane sheath that fully seals and protects a semi-rigid 2.9 degree optic during a hysteroscopy examination. The sheath includes an integrated extendable probe cover protecting the camera/light source during the procedure, thus maintaining sterility, and is replaced with another sheath for the next patient procedure.

• Gynko® is a patented sterile single use cover used to protect rigid optics during hysteroscopy procedures.  The optical scope is completely sealed within the sterile disposable sheath

• A lens at the distal end of the cover allows excellent visualisation without distortions or false images

• Accommodates either 2.9mmØ or 4mmØ optic scopes- designed for zero or 30o camera angle

• Gynko® sterile cover has an integrated second outer sheath acting as a working channel that can accommodate 5 & 7 FR working instruments (e.g. scissors / forceps)

• Significant cost savings - no requirement for external decontamination services for the optic scope

• No need to send valuable optical scopes away to decontamination services. Zero risk of damage / wear & tear of hysteroscopy equipment
